Go right to the Auto Installation section

The Form Mail script serves as an HTML form -> Email and/or form -> datafile script which lets you define how you want the output to appear via a text file. The text file is layed out where form fields from the HTML page are placed in the text file where the field name is located between square brackets ([]). This package is a highly customized version for Speedsoft of Matt's Script Archive FormMail.pl.

There are four files included in the Formmail package. Below is a brief summary of them:

  1. formmail.pl - The Perl script which does the processing.
  2. formmail.html - A sample HTML Formmail Page.
  3. example.txt - A sample formmail "textform" file.
  4. formmail.txt - Detailed instructions on using formmail.pl.
